The Usurp mode of Goliath's exalt effectively multiplies your current STR bonus, giving your team a hefty one-turn damage boost.
His ability to steal enemy STR is also useful in some fights, either as a defensive tool, or to enable a damage swing if you have his E2.
Goliath is usable as a DPS at low levels and against weak enemies, but he struggles with bosses unless he has massive damage buffs.
