A support who brings easy access to vulnerable, and also heals for a lot after being roused.
In long fights where you can stall and build counter, Caecus works as a (very slow) DPS.
His counter scales with STR and critical hits, making him one of the rare endgame viable counter stackers (with enough buffs from his teammates).
